Who is Combate for?
Combate is designed for martial arts coaches, gym owners, and athletes who need a clear, flexible round timer.
Can I customize the round and rest times?
Yes. You can configure work time, rest time, get-ready time, and the number of rounds.
Can I use Combate with a TV?
You can use iOS system screen mirroring with a compatible TV. The current app mirrors the iPhone experience rather than creating a separate dedicated display.
Can I save timer setups?
Yes. You can create, edit, and delete up to three custom presets. Applying one returns you to Home for review and never starts the timer automatically.
Does Combate work without an account?
Yes. Your settings, presets, favourites, sound choices, and session history are stored locally on your device.
Will the timer stay accurate in the background?
Combate uses wall-clock deadlines and schedules local phase alerts when you allow notifications. Pausing or ending a session cancels the pending alert schedule.
